ムスリム対応に関する取り組み
ムスリム観光客を歓迎したことがあり、ほとんどのお客様が満足していますが、わずかな失敗もありました。例えば、お買い物中に祈りの時間が来て、適切な場所がなかったため、公共スペースで祈るしかなかったことがありました。店舗の会議室などを利用できますが、日本人の宗教に関する知識が不足しているため、十分な配慮を受けられないことがあります。ただし、イスラム教は三大宗教の1つであるため、配慮が必要だと考えます。
We have welcomed Muslim tourists and most of them are satisfied, but there have been some small failures. For example, there were people drinking alcohol around us, which made our customers uncomfortable, and there was a time when we had to pray during shopping but could not secure an appropriate place and had to pray in a public space. Although we can rent a meeting room in a shop, understanding and consideration from Japanese people towards religion is often lacking. Nevertheless, as Islam is one of the three major religions, we believe that it is necessary to be considerate of it.

In "preparation of meal environment," promoting the development of local recipe adaptations in addition to providing environments where Muslim travelers can choose their own meals.

食事環境の整備

• 地域関係者が具体的な対応方法を学習 する取組、特に和食や郷土食の対応 を促進するため、調理手法の研究を支援
Supporting research on cooking methods to promote the adaptation of Japanese cuisine and local cuisine, particularly by learning specific response methods by local stakeholders.
• 食品産業事業者のハラール対応のため、国内の状況や海外の貿 易状況等の調査、分析、情報を提供
Providing information on domestic and overseas trade situations by conducting surveys and analysis to support Halal compliance for food industry businesses.
• 「インバウンド対応ガイドブック」等を用いて、飲食事業者等 の対応のための情報を普及・促進
Promoting the dissemination of information for food and beverage businesses and other related industries through the use of "Inbound Response Guidebooks."
• 調理師を対象にハラールの知識や技術の研修を支援
Supporting the training of chefs on Halal knowledge and techniques.

レストランでは、ムスリムのお客様のために特別に設計された食器を提供し、食材がHalal認証に準拠しているか厳しくチェックしています。さらに、料理が提供された後も、含まれていない成分が明記されたラベルが付けられるため、ムスリムのお客様が適切な食品を選ぶのに便利です。
In restaurants, specialized tableware designed for Muslim customers is provided, and the ingredients are strictly checked for Halal certification compliance. Additionally, after the dishes are served, labels are attached specifying the ingredients not included, making it convenient for Muslim customers to choose suitable food.
Halal認証を受けたレストランについても、私たちは確信を持っており、ムスリムのお客様にお勧めしています。それによって、彼らがより安心して美味しい食事を楽しめるようになります。
We also have confidence in restaurants that have received Halal certification and recommend them to Muslim tourists. By doing so, they can enjoy delicious food with greater peace of mind.
特別な祈りの場所を確保し、ムスリムの旅行者が礼拝を行うための場所を提供しています。また、礼拝の時間を守り、旅行者が正しい時間に礼拝を行うことができるようにしています。
We provide a special prayer space for Muslim travelers to perform their prayers. We also ensure to keep the prayer time and provide a suitable place to allow travelers to perform their prayers at the correct time.
