いわゆるFITといわれる、企業や官公庁などの海外から出張や近年増加している海外からの個人旅行をサポートするためホテル、バスなどの手配を行う業務です。 FIT専用サイトや「Hokkaido Monchan」ブランドも進行中。
It is a service that arranges hotels, buses, etc. to support so-called FIT, which is business trips from overseas and the increasing number of personal trips from abroad in recent years. A dedicated website for FIT is also in progress.

インセンティブ・ツアー(報奨旅行）、ミーティング、コンファレンス、スペシャル・インタレスト・ツアー（テーマ・興味分野関連の箇所をまわる旅行）、テーラーメイド・ツアーなど、参加者が多いだけでなく、一般の観光旅行に比べ消費額が大きいことなど適用するサービス。
